Kota Wade is a singer/songwriter that creates indie rock inspired pop music with hints of magic, whimsy, and a pinch of pixie dust.

Armed with an acoustic guitar and a keyboard, Kota writes all her own original music, with the help of inspiration from sci-fi movies, fairytales, TV shows, and nerd culture fandoms.

Her latest single, "Haunt Me", features moody vocals, acoustic guitars, xlyophones, and lots of passion with lyrics that will echo in your mind for days afterwards.

Kota is getting ready to release her upcoming EP, an autobiographical modern fairytale about Kota's personal telling of her trials with depression, anxiety, and the struggles of being an artist, set to the familiar tale of Alice in Wonderland.

Since the age of 19, Kota has been the owner of AMPLYFI, a successful all ages live music venue in Hollywood, where artists such as Seal, Echosmith, and Willow Smith have performed.

Kota made the cover and feature article of L.A. Weekly's Annual "Most Interesting People of L.A." issue and made the top 10 in PEOPLE MAGAZINE'S end of year "BEST OF" issue for her FROZEN "LET IT GO" cover.

She's also the lead singer of BAD WOLF, an award-winning indie rock band.

Kota is also a popular YouTube influencer who has nearly 60 million channel views on her channel, "STEAMFAERIE",  which is signed to Disney's Maker Studios

Kota  was also on Team Gwen on NBC's The Voice Season 9.
